The icon presents a depiction of an iconostasis. In the center are the Holy Gates depicting the Annunciation scene and the figures of the Evangelists. Above the Holy Gates is the scene of the Last Supper. The first three tier of the iconostasis, apart from the festival scenes, include the icons of the Savior enthroned and the Mother of God with the Infant. The fourth tier shows the 13-figured Deesis with Christ in Majesty in the center. The last tiers depict the prophets and forefathers.
