Origin: From the cathedral church of the Holy Life-Giving Trinity in the Philippo-Irapskaya hermitage, Cherepovetsky district, Novgorodskaya region (now – Kaduyskiy district, Vologodskaya region). The monastery was founded c. 1517 by Venerable Philip of Irapsk (+1527).

Dimensions: height 62,5 cm, width 49,5 cm
Waist-length depiction of blessing Demetrius of Rostov holding a stick in his left hand. In the upper left corner of the icon is shown a small icon of Our Lady with the Divine Child.
Was deposited in 1927.
Restoration: the Vologda branch of the All-Russian Art Scientific and Restoration Center named after I.E. Grabar, 1992-1995, restorer – Parenko N.V.
Inscription: «ПИСАЛЪ ИКОНОПИСЕЦЪ АЛЕКСЕЙ ЛОШКОВЪ. 1789 ГОД».
